About This Product
Thermal Grizzly Carbonaut Thermal Pad — 25 × 25 × 0.2 mm
Carbonaut is a flexible carbon-fibre pad that replaces thermal paste entirely: it never dries out, never needs a re-application, and delivers the same numbers on day one and year three. At 25 × 25 mm it is sized for a desktop CPU heat spreader. Supplied brand new and sealed in its original manufacturer packaging.

⚡ Key Features
- 62.5 W/mK puts this carbon pad well past the mid-range pastes it is designed to replace.
- Solid pad, not a grease — it cannot dry out, pump out or separate, so performance stays flat over time.
- Highly elastic surface compensates for small irregularities between the heat spreader and the cooler base.
- Only 0.2 mm thick, so it adds almost nothing to the mounting stack.
- 625 mm² covers a standard desktop CPU IHS.
- Rated from -250 °C to +150 °C — usable from LN2 benching right through to a fully loaded gaming rig.
- Drop-in application: lay it on, mount the cooler, done — no spreading, no mess, no cleanup.
- Electrically conductive by design, so keep it clear of exposed SMD components and pins during fitting.
