اختر المنتج اللي تبيه، أضفه للسلة، واتوجّه للـ Checkout. عبّي بياناتك (الاسم، العنوان، الهاتف)، اختر طريقة الدفع المناسبة، وأكّد الطلب. رح تستلم رسالة تأكيد فورية على هاتفك وإيميلك.

هل أحتاج حساب للشراء؟

لا، تقدر تشتري كـ Guest، لكن إنشاء حساب يسمح لك بتتبّع طلباتك، الاستفادة من نقاط الولاء، والاحتفاظ بقائمة الأمنيات.

هل يمكنني تعديل طلبي بعد الإرسال؟

نعم، خلال أول ساعة من الطلب. تواصل مع خدمة العملاء فوراً. بعد ذلك قد يصبح الطلب قيد التجهيز ولا يمكن تعديله.

هل أتلقى تأكيد بالطلب؟

نعم، ترسل لك رسالة SMS على الفور، وبريد إلكتروني بتفاصيل الطلب كاملة خلال دقائق.

ما هي طرق الدفع المتاحة؟

نقبل: فيزا/ماستركارد، Fawry، InstaPay، فودافون كاش، التحويل البنكي، والدفع عند الاستلام.

هل الدفع عند الاستلام متاح لكل المحافظات؟

نعم، متاح في جميع المحافظات المصرية. في بعض المناطق البعيدة قد نطلب 20% دفعة مقدمة لتأكيد الطلب.

هل الدفع الإلكتروني آمن؟

نعم، جميع عمليات الدفع تتم عبر بوابات دفع معتمدة ومشفّرة بتقنية SSL. لا نخزّن بيانات بطاقتك على خوادمنا.

متى يتم خصم المبلغ؟

الخصم يتم فور تأكيد الطلب. في حالة إلغاء الطلب لأي سبب، يُعاد المبلغ خلال 7-14 يوم عمل.

كم مدة التوصيل؟

ما تكلفة الشحن؟

50-120 جنيه حسب المحافظة. شحن مجاني للطلبات فوق 3000 جنيه.

هل أستطيع تتبّع طلبي؟

نعم، بعد الشحن ترسل لك رسالة وبريد إلكتروني فيهم رقم التتبّع (Tracking Number) وخطوات الاستخدام.

ماذا لو لم أكن متواجداً عند التوصيل؟

المندوب رح يتصل بك. لو ما رديت، تتم إعادة المحاولة في اليوم التالي. بعد 3 محاولات فاشلة يعود الطلب لمخزننا.

سجّل الدخول، اذهب إلى "حسابي" → "الملف الشخصي"، وعدّل ما تريد.

هل بياناتي آمنة؟

How do I order from SQUADRIG?

Select your product, add to cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your details (name, address, phone), choose a payment method, and confirm. You'll receive an instant confirmation SMS and email.

Do I need an account to order?

No, you can checkout as Guest. But creating an account lets you track orders, earn loyalty points, and save wish lists.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Yes, within the first hour. Contact customer service immediately. After that, the order may be in processing and cannot be modified.

Will I get order confirmation?

Yes, you'll receive an immediate SMS, and a detailed email within minutes.

What payment methods are available?

We accept: Visa/MasterCard, Fawry, InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, Bank Transfer, and Cash on Delivery.

Is Cash on Delivery available for all governorates?

Yes, available in all Egyptian governorates. For some remote areas we may request a 20% down payment to confirm.

Is online payment secure?

Yes, all payments go through certified gateways with SSL encryption. We don't store your card data on our servers.

When is the amount charged?

Charged immediately upon order confirmation. If canceled for any reason, the amount is refunded within 7-14 business days.
