How We Grade Open Box and Used Products

At SQUADRIG, every product that is not new is checked by our team and given a grade before it is listed. There are only two grades, and every product shows its grade.

Grade A — Open Box

• The product is in good, close-to-new condition.
• Some of its original accessories may be missing.
• It is usually a customer return, a cancelled order or a display unit.

Grade B — Used

• A previously owned product with a cosmetic or technical defect.
• That is why it is priced well below new.
• Before you order, ask us on WhatsApp and we will tell you exactly what the defect is on that unit.

What about the warranty?

Warranty is not tied to the grade. Its length depends on the type of product, as set out in our warranty policy.
