Our main operations center and warehouse is located in:

• 📮 Detailed address provided when needed (for returns, partnerships, official transactions).

Note: The warehouse is not open to individual customers for direct purchases — all orders are placed through our website.

Warehouse Pickup

For customers in Greater Cairo, we offer Direct Pickup to save shipping cost:

• Order must be confirmed and paid first.
• Contact customer service to schedule a pickup time.
• Pickup hours: Saturday - Thursday, 10 AM - 5 PM.
• Bring the invoice and a personal ID upon pickup.
