Shipping & Delivery
Delivery Coverage
SQUADRIG provides delivery services to all governorates in the Arab Republic of Egypt, partnering with the largest local shipping companies to ensure fast and accurate delivery.
Delivery Time
- Greater Cairo (Cairo, Giza, 6th of October, New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed): 1-2 business days.
- Alexandria and Delta: 2-3 business days.
- Canal Cities and Red Sea: 2-4 business days.
- Upper Egypt (Minya, Assiut, Sohag, Qena, Luxor, Aswan): 3-5 business days.
- Sinai and New Valley: 4-7 business days.
Note: Times may vary slightly based on stock availability, and may be longer during holidays and peak seasons.
Shipping Cost
- All governorates: 200 EGP.
- Large/heavy products (like Custom PCs): May incur additional shipping charges communicated before shipment.
Order Tracking
After your order ships, you'll receive:
- An SMS to your number confirming shipment.
- An email with the tracking number.
- A call from the courier approximately one hour before arrival.
Delivery Times
- Deliveries are made from 9 AM to 8 PM.
- Working days: Saturday to Thursday (Friday off).
- You can request a preferred time at checkout, and we'll try to accommodate it.
Upon Receiving Your Order
Before signing the delivery receipt, please:
- Inspect the outer packaging for visible damage.
- Verify all items are included (for multi-package shipments).
- Keep the invoice and shipping receipt.
If there's damage to the packaging: Refuse receipt or open the package in front of the courier and document the issue immediately.
Cash on Delivery
- Available in all governorates.
- Pay in cash or by Visa via POS (if the courier has a device).
- For some remote governorates, we may request a 20% down payment to confirm the order.
Delivery Delays
Your shipment may be delayed in the following cases:
- Incorrect address or phone number.
- Unavailability at delivery time.
- Exceptional weather conditions.
- Major sales seasons (Black Friday, Ramadan).
