⚡ Key Features
- 8TB of capacity stretches retention from days to weeks on a multi-camera system before footage starts overwriting.
- Rated for a 180TB/year workload — the continuous 24/7 write pattern that a DVR or NVR produces, which desktop drives are not specified for.
- AllFrame firmware helps reduce frame loss and improve overall video playback in surveillance recorders.
- Supports up to 64 single-stream HD cameras from a single drive.
- Up to 194MB/s sustained transfer keeps simultaneous recording, playback and export requests moving.
- 128MB cache and CMR recording keep write behaviour predictable during constant overwrite cycles.
- Certified for enclosures with up to 16 drive bays, so it suits larger rack-mounted recorders and surveillance NAS units.
- Up to 1,000,000 hours MTBF and 300,000 load/unload cycles for always-on operation.
- Standard 3.5-inch SATA 6Gb/s fitment with a 3-year limited warranty.
