FREQUENTLY ASKED

Good questions, real answers

When will this product be available?

This product is on our upcoming launches list. Drop your email in the Notify Me form above — we'll send a one-time alert the moment it goes live. For confirmed release windows, you'll see a countdown at the top of the page.

How does the Notify Me list work?

You leave your email, we save it to a private launch list for this specific product. When it goes live, you get one email with a direct link — usually 12 to 24 hours before the public announcement. Unsubscribe anytime; we never share your email.

Can I reserve a unit before launch?

Yes — tap Reserve via WhatsApp if available, or message us directly. Reservations are free and put you at the front of the queue. Payment is only collected after the product officially launches. First-batch quantities are limited and first-come first-served.

Why is the price not shown?

We publish the final price only after receiving official distributor pricing and final shipment costs — this protects you from misleading estimates. Notify list members see the price before the public listing.

Are upcoming products authentic?

Every product at SQUADRIG — upcoming or in-stock — is 100% authentic, sourced from official distributors and authorized channels, sealed in original retail packaging, and backed by our standard warranty.
