At SquadRig, we offer a comprehensive warranty on all products on our website, in accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. All products available from us come with a local warranty, where SquadRig is responsible for repairing or replacing the defective product within its warranty period.

✅ What the Warranty Covers

Manufacturing defects in electronic components.
Sudden malfunctions not resulting from misuse.
Replacement of the part with a similar one if it cannot be repaired, or a refund of the amount paid for the part.

❌ What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Damage resulting from misuse or incorrect installation.
Physical damage (screen breakage, motherboard breakage... etc.).
Damage resulting from water or liquids.
Damage resulting from power surges (UPS recommended).
Modifications or repair attempts by unauthorized parties.
Products without an invoice, or with a erased/damaged serial number.
Normal wear and tear of moving parts (such as old fans).

💰 Warranty Cost

During the warranty period: Repair and shipping are completely free.
After the warranty expires: You can request a paid repair service, and you will be informed of the cost before any steps are taken.

🧾 Retaining the Invoice

The purchase invoice is the official warranty document. Please keep it in a safe place, or you can retrieve a copy at any time from your user account on our website.
