How do I track my order?

From your account → "My Orders" → select the order to see its status. Or use the tracking number sent to you via SMS.

I received a defective product, what do I do?

Don't power it on, don't remove outer packaging if possible. Send us photos and video of the defect to warranty@squadrig.com with your order number, and we'll act immediately.

I want to exchange a product, how?

How long is the return window?

14 days from receipt (30 days for manufacturing defects).
