Thermal Grizzly Carbonaut Thermal Pad

Thermal Grizzly Carbonaut Thermal Pad — 38 × 38 × 0.2 mm

Carbonaut is a flexible carbon-fibre pad that replaces thermal paste entirely: it never dries out, never needs a re-application, and delivers the same numbers on day one and year three. At 38 × 38 mm this is the large format for big GPU dies and oversized heat spreaders. Supplied brand new and sealed in its original manufacturer packaging.

⚡ Key Features

• 62.5 W/mK puts this carbon pad well past the mid-range pastes it is designed to replace.
• Solid pad, not a grease — it cannot dry out, pump out or separate, so performance stays flat over time.
• 1444 mm² is the largest square cut in the range, sized for big GPU packages and wide heat spreaders.
• Can be trimmed down with scissors to match an unusual die footprint.
• Highly elastic surface compensates for small irregularities between die and cooler base.
• Only 0.2 mm thick, so it adds almost nothing to the mounting stack.
• Rated from -250 °C to +150 °C — usable from LN2 benching right through to a fully loaded gaming rig.
• Electrically conductive by design, so keep it clear of exposed SMD components and pins during fitting.
